Factory formed panel often flat metal skin that utilizes tongue & groove joints. Panel is attached with concealed mechanical fasteners within the caulked panel joint.

Standard Gauges:

26 gauge through 18 gauge

Standard Widths:

12" to 24" (12" most common)

Panel Thickness:

1" to 1-1/2" (1-1/2" most common)

Standard Panel Lengths:

Up to 30' long. (Special lengths are available, contact us.)

Special Shapes:

Limited ability. This panel is vertical most often.

Materials:

This panel can be fabricated from almost any metal type. Most common is coil painted steel.

Sub-framing Requirements:

This panel can be installed over a solid substrate or opening framing. Please inquire for load span charts in reference to your project.
