Custom formed panel with flat hook seams on all sides. Seam clips typically spaced 12" to 24" o.c. along two edges. Adjoining panel engages into female pocket.

26 gauge through 20 gauge (24 gauge & 22 gauge most common)

Standard Widths:

Shop fabricated to desired width (12" to 36" most common)

Standard Seam Height:

Flat seams lay against roof

Standard Panel Lengths:

Shop fabricated to desired lengths (24" to 48" most common)

Special Shapes:

Custom shop fabricated to your desired shape (rectangular most common). This panel can be formed to the contour of your building skin. Complex shapes most achievable with this panel type.

Minimum Roof Pitch:

Can be installed over a flat roof. Soldering is required for roof pitches less than 2:12.

Materials:

This panel can be fabricated from almost any metal type, the most common are copper, zinc and stainless steel.

Substrate Requirements:

A solid substrate is required for this panel. Typically installed over a nailable substrate with a vapor barrier.
