Description:

Metal pan with vertical standing edges that are held in place with clips typically spaced from 12" o.c. to 24" o.c. Vertical legs are field machine seamed to form single or double lock seam.

Standard Gauges:

26 gauge through 20 gauge (24 gauge & 22 gauge most common)

Standard Widths:

12" though 24" (16" to 24" most common)

Standard Seam Height:

1" to 3"

Standard Panel Lengths:

Up to 40' long standard (special limitations depending upon metal type and panel width). (onsite forming available)

Special Shapes:

Some special shapes are achievable with this panel, however shop modifications are required to achieve.

Minimum Roof Pitch:

Not less than 1/4":12 is recommended.

Materials:

This panel can be fabricated from almost any metal type, the most common is coil painted steel.

Substrate Requirements:

This panel may be installed over a solid substrate with a vapor barrier or over open framing.
