Description:
 
Metal pan with vertical standing edges that are held in place with clips typically spaced from 12" o.c. to 24" o.c. Separate cap snaps over seam and engages with clips.
 
 
Standard Gauges:
 
26 gauge through 20 gauge (24 gauge & 22 gauge most common)
 
 
Standard Widths:
 
12" though 24" (12" to 18" most common)
 
 
Standard Seam Height:
 
1" to 2-1/2"
 
 
Standard Panel Lengths:
 
Up to 40' long standard (special limitations depending upon metal type and panel width). (onsite forming available for most)
 
 
Special Shapes:
 
Were a radius or tapered area needs covering this type of panel is generally used.
 
 
Minimum Roof Pitch:
 
Not less than 3:12 is recommended.
 
 
Materials:
 
This panel can be fabricated from almost any metal type, the most common is coil painted steel.
 
 
Substrate Requirements:
 
A solid substrate is required for this panel. Typically installed over a nailable substrate with a vapor barrier.
