A2MG Has New Location

A2MG, Inc. and Sellers & Marquis
Roofing Co. Move into new Facility

KANSAS CITY - A2MG, Inc. and Sellers & Marquis Roofing Co. have recently moved into their new facility located at 8601 E US Highway 40. The previously existing building has been completely renovated with a new facade and new office space.

The 145,000 sq ft facility is located on 13.8 acres and includes 25,000 sq ft of first class office space. Another approximately 100,000 sq ft is allocated to the companies' fabrication shops and warehouse space. In addition, due to the large amount of motorized equipment utilized by each company, the building also houses a full service maintenance shop.

The companies employ approximately 200 people and anticipate adding another 100 over the next 5 years. Both companies are in the field of non-residential construction - A2MG provides
Architectural Glass and Metal, while Sellers & Marquis provides Roofing. The combined scopes of work allow the companies to provide one point of contact for the entire exterior skin of a building.

"We have added new equipment," said owner, Jerry Schaefer, "and with our increased production capabilities we intend to expand our presence as a Single Source Subcontractor, both in the Midwest Region and Nationally."

Recent local projects include JE Dunn Headquarters Building, Federal Reserve Bank, Kansas City Chiefs Training Facility, Blue Springs High School and US Post Office Bulk Mail Facility.
