One set of Drawings and Specifications will be provided for $350 of which 50% is refundable. Two $175 checks are required, made payable to DocuCopy, LLC (mailing costs will be C.O.D.). Drawings and specifications issued with a deposit are the property of the Owner and shall be returned complete and in good condition. The Owner will refund $175 to contractors who return drawings and specifications in good condition acceptable to the Owner within fourteen (14) calendar days after the opening of the bids. Additional sets of Drawings and Specifications may be obtained for the cost of reproduction and shipping (if applicable) payable to DocuCopy, LLC and is non-refundable.
